Result and Decisive Goal
Tulsa Roughnecks FC claimed a 1-0 victory away at Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC in the USL Championship. The only goal arrived in the 13th minute when L. Dorsey scored with an assist from J. Webber. That strike set the tone for the remainder of the contest and left the home side searching for an equalizer that never came.
First-Half Flow
The opening period began with Tulsa showing intent through set pieces. The visitors earned corners in the 7th minute and again moments later. Those early threats were followed by the decisive goal at the 13-minute mark. Pittsburgh struggled to create clear responses in the first half. Tulsa added further corners at the 27th minute and once more shortly after. A yellow card was shown to A. Cissoko of Tulsa in the 31st minute. The half closed with the away side holding both the lead and the territorial edge from dead-ball situations.
